Hi & Welcome to my OHHH Sound Page.

I am Olivia a certified Sound Healer offering sound baths, journeys & healings. I play with Crystal & Metal Singing bowls, chimes, drums & vocals.

Sound plays a vital role in our existence, since time has been recorded sound has be part of life, from natural organic sounds to celebrations, entertainment, social occasions, rituals, ceremonies & health. Impacting the body & mind in positive & negative ways. Many studies have been done on how sound, vibrations, frequency & intention have on different molecules, including our cells! Meaning sound has the ability to remove & shift blocked & stagnate energy- physically & mentally. Reorganising cells into their natural state of harmony, removing imbalances to the body or mind, having effects on our over all health, wellbeing.

I work with all age groups individually or in group settings. My personal experince and interests in the power of sound has lead me to practice & train in Sound Healing in order to share high quality therapies with you.

As we work together you have the opportunity to experience deep moments of rest & rejuvenation, supporting in strengthening your immune system, clarity of thought, peace of mind, shifting stagnate energy on a cellular level. This helps clear imbalances physically and mentally.
